I don’t know if I have ever stalked the UPS driver like I did the other day. You see, I was watching for a very exciting delivery! I was blessed to review the brand spanking new Magnesium vacuum cleaner from Oreck! Crazy great, right?

For starters, this Magnesium doesn’t look like any other Oreck I have ever seen. The design is fabulous! {I admit to being snobby when it comes to appearances.}

The profile is very low, like, can-reach-under-furniture-I-normally-have-to-get-a-hose-out-for, low.

The bag inside is a thing of beauty. After years of a dusty, nasty, bagless vacuum, this Oreck stays pretty, even after a messy cleanup. Why? The HEPA bag- “it captures at least 99.97% of particles as small as .3 microns from the air” as it passes through.
Speaking of the bag, no more dirt flying in my face to empty. I don’t miss that at all.
The Magnesium floats seamlessly from my carpet to my area rug. {There is a low power setting for even more delicate rugs, as well as hard surfaces.}
I love to clean, but big, bulky vacuums are really rough on me. The Magnesium is very easy to maneuver, and doesn’t hurt my back.
It is so light, none of my kids have to miss out on the fun {yes, the fun} of running the vacuum!

This handheld vacuum is better than any I have ever tried.
It works well on tricky areas-I decided to try it out on the ceiling directly above my stove-which is cleaned, but never really looks clean. Both apply now! I was amazed at how well the large floor tool worked.
I am going to use the large floor tool on the walls next. Smaller attachments usually take forever to finish a wall, but with this large one, I’ll be finished in no time. {You do vacuum your walls-right?}
All in all- this has to be the most fabulous vacuum I have ever owned. Seriously. {And I don’t buy cheap vacuums.}
