I have been moving along with my goals since Friday, and I have some progress to report!
Goal one. Memorize 1 Corinthians 1:22-25
I am loving the Scripture Typer app. I have these verses 96% memorized or better. Sometimes I hit the wrong key on accident, and sometimes I get in a hurry. I am pondering making a video for my memorization for the end of the month.
Goal two. Purge my desk of clutter.
Doing better, but I wouldn’t call this “clean”. I want more empty space.
I need an “action system” for my incoming clutter, and the stuff I use every day. I have tried many things, but I haven’t found anything yet that works for me.
Goal three. Keep working on my scarf.
The knooking is going well! This was taken a couple of days ago at the chiropractor. I have done some more work, but I don’t have a picture to show how much progress I really have made as I am stuck on the couch with my tailbone out.
I am very pleased with my early progress. I think this is going to be a good goal month! How are you doing with your goals?

I’m struggling with the same issue with my desk: needing a good inbox/action spot so the rest can remain clear…best wishes on that goal this week!

Wow you’ve done great!! I love the scarf. Knooking sounds really fun to do. I might have to try that!

It is slower going. I wonder if there are double crochet/knitting for it, that would go faster. I am enjoying, and committed to finish!

Very cool scarf! I do not know what knooking is? Hmmm. Congrats on your progress. Today is only Feb. 8, so you are really doing well!
I decided to try 3 in 30 (Get back to water aerobics, read the book of John, learn to better say, “no”). The first two are easy. It’s that last one that gets me every time. But, I am trying. I want to say “yes” to God and “no” to clutter in my house and in my life. In my Wednesday night Inter-Generational class, next week’s lesson is on “Contentment.” I am always content with what I have, but rarely content with my projects. It’s the perfection/people pleaser gene in me, I guess.
Saying no is hard. Knooking combines crochet and knitting. It is fun!

Good job! Your desk looks nice, but I know what you mean about empty space. I’ve really come to appreciate empty space. Also, love the colors of your scarf!
