This week has been a mixture of ups and downs.
Until Friday, I had completed all of my workouts, and feeling great. I love the way my muscles are responding with such little use of weights, and am ecstatic with this program.
Then came Wednesday.
I have had trouble with my tailbone since our first child was born, and it frequently jumps sides with little provocation. It happened again on Wednesday. I saw my chiropractor, and all was well until Thursday, when it jumped during my workout.
It keeps going out, I keep heading back for another adjustment. Now my lower back is very weak and sore, and I can barely tie my shoes, let alone workout.
I am going to wait until Monday, and if my tailbone stays that long, I will pick my workouts back up then.
Your week went better than that, right??

Are you taking any supplements for the elasticity of the cartilage? I’m not even sure if that’s what you’d need a supplement for. See if you can research that. I have a feeling it can be strengthened with the right nutrient or vitamin. ? Otherwise, you’re really doing great! I wish I were doing what you’re doing. I don’t have the joint pain issues you have, but that’s because I’m not working out, which has it’s worse consequences!
That is something I have never considered, I will ask my chiropractor about it. Thank you!

My sweet Sam…we all have setbacks sometimes…just don’t let your zest for the workout do what it did when you were running and caused more damage ’cause you didn’t want to quit..lol! Your dedication to your fitness is awesome…I love it! I will say some prayers for your healing ;)
