Five Homeschool Essentials Giveaway

It’s Back to Homeschool time for most of us, and that can only mean one thing, time for another giveaway! These group posts with iHomeschool Network are my favorite a few times each year. I adore sharing my favorite things with my readers, and I super adore one of you winning the things that are such a blessing to our home!

Homeschool Essential #1 Waterproof ESV Bible

The Bible is a vital piece of any Christian homeschool curriculum, and frames our entire homeschool. Without my faith, I wouldn’t have begun homeschooling in the first place. I’m thrilled to be given the opportunity to share this Bible with one of you!

I have been wanting to get my hands on one of these for waterproof Bibles awhile now. This New Testament, Psalms and Proverbs from Bardin & Marsee Publishing will be a lovely addition to any homeschool, although the kids may have to pry it away from you! You will have to let me know how you put it to the test, because I have kept it under lock and key since its arrival so that you can give it a whirl.

Homeschool Essential #2 Early America Curriculum from Heritage History

We love living books in our home. Heritage History is a company that we have purchased curriculum from for our homeschool, and when I had the chance to share Early America with you, I jumped at the chance.

Here is a little information on this curriculum-

The Early American library, which covers United States history from the founding of British colonies in America to the First World War, is one of our largest collections. It currently includes over 80 volumes with many more under development. Most books in the collection are written at a middle school level, but there are dozens of selections for students of all ages.

The Heritage Early America library focuses less on politics and civics compared to some other American History curriculums. Instead, it features biographies and short stories about characters of particular interest, including explorers, settlers, inventors, military heroes, writers, presidents, and Indian leaders. American Indian history is treated thoroughly, with over sixteen books on the subject. American Negro and Spanish American histories are also covered, and stories of regional interest are featured as well.

Homeschool Essential #3 A Simple Plan Homeschool Planner

This planner is my new favorite print planner. I bought one for my homeschool, and asked if Mardel would be willing to share one with my readers. I am so glad they said yes, and I can’t wait to have one sent to the winner!

A few of my favorite features:

Pockets. I mean, who doesn’t love a good pocket? Especially one this pretty.

Subjects to fill in as you please! I love that I can choose the title for each subject, as well as put the subjects in the order that I teach them. Something else I love? Love!  There is enough room for six, which means I can keep assignments for all six of my children using only one planner. It is what works best for me.

Homeschool Essential #4 A Simple Plan Mom File Folders

I added these to my planner order this year, and I just adore them. Mardel asked me if there was anything else I wanted to include with the planner {aren’t the sweet?} and I wanted you to organize papers in style with these folders too! Aren’t they just gorgeous?

Homeschool Essential #5 FriXion Pens

I can’t seem to have any kind of giveaway without including these fabulous FriXion pens {affil.}, I want as many homeschoolers to give them a try as possible. I keep waiting for Pilot to give me an offer of some kind of brand ambassador…they can email me anytime! Anywho, if Pilot ever stops making these pens, I don’t know what I will do with myself. I’ve been buying them for six years and will buy them until I don’t know how to write anymore.

A waterproof bible…genius. I just knocked over a drink on our home school table yesterday covering all of my son’s school work for the day. I think I may actually need a waterproof bible!
